Hello, I am trying to build an Elmo puppet like you. I was wondering if you could give me info on things like how big the nose is, or how wide are the arms.
In this specific build I trimmed the fur way down where the nose would go and then used contact cement to glue it on. I don’t really do it this way anymore. On later builds, I like to sew it on. It is tricky and time consuming but is more forgiving if you mess up with the glue!

The arms are 14″ long from shoulder to tip of finger. The nose are these 2.7″ x 2″ styrofoam eggs from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CTD5S8X7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1), but you can see from my post I shaved off the back of it a bit.
Hey! Thats a great Elmo, Would you recommend this to someone who is a beginner?
Hello – Yes, I would. Elmo was my first ever puppet. I had no sewing experience or anything!
where did you get the pattern from?

Hi there, amazing build! I am just wondering how you attached the nose to the head?

Can you please sell more replica puppet on eBay and I can send you an offer for it?
We will see.. it’s very time consuming. The time and the materials it takes forces me to sell for high prices.
You never show me how you make Abby
I give a lot of info on how to build abby here. Not sure what else you need??
